My room number when I taught 2nd grade: My second grade room number when I got to move to the "cool side" of the building. (That's temperature not personality) Last year's room number. I taught first grade. The best and worst year of my life: THE "circles". Students DON'T want to end up here.

Last Reading Group

My last reading group at this school. We're moving to a "new" building next year. Can't wait to see these kindergarteners in action as first graders next year. Our water fountain. Anybody know what nursery rhyme or Mother Goose tale is represented in the tile work? We've never figured it out.

Easter 2012

At E and C's house. I put those little noise makers with gooshy stuff in them that makes farting noises when you skwoosh it around. We laughed and laughed. I also gave Dollface a vintage coin purse I had from Aunt Alys that said Florida on it. Surprisingly she really seemed to like it...even more than the 5 dollars I put inside.
