My colorful friend, Troy, is turning 40 tomorrow. His life partner threw him a surprise Dollywood themed party tonight. Apparently, Troy has been bugging Tony to go with him to Dollywood for a while. He thought it was going to be an intimate dinner with a few friends but Tony had invited everyone. Guests were invited to dress up like Dolly or Kenny Rogers. I went with Laura and Mia from school. The three of us along with Troy used to teach kindergarten together. None of us dressed up but believe me there were some fantastic and hilarious costumes. Boobies were bouncing everywhere. Troy joked as he was cutting the boob cake that his mother would be so proud but he was very uncomfortable near all these boobs.
We has so many laughs and talked over so many good times we had together. It was so good to catch up with Troy. I didn't realize how much I missed him until I had a chance to visit with him again. We were glad to see the charming home he shares with Tony and best of all they seem very relaxed and happy together.
